Cancelling before shipment
Changed your mind right after ordering? Email hello@shopdiscountbuy.com or call +1 909-628-4546 as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Eligible returns
You can return most physical products within 30 days of delivery if they're unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included.
Items we can't take back
- Delivered digital products: software keys, memberships and gift cards.
- Opened supplements, personal care items and pet grooming products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts.
- Items marked "final sale".
If something arrives wrong
If an item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and we'll cover return shipping.
How to return an item
- Email hello@shopdiscountbuy.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We'll respond within one business day with a return authorization and instructions.
- Pack the items securely and send them with a trackable shipping service.
Please wait for return authorization before shipping anything back. Unless the return is due to our mistake, you're responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees aren't refundable.
Refund timing
When your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you the result. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.
Exchanges and gifts
For a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order. If an item was bought as a gift and shipped to you, we'll issue store credit to you; otherwise, refunds go to the person who placed the order.
