How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the U.S. is free on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 have a flat $6.95 shipping fee, shown in your bag before checkout.
When will my order ship?
Physical items usually leave our partners within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email when your order ships.
How do digital products arrive?
Software, memberships and gift cards are sent as codes to the email address you enter at checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us.
Can I return something?
Yes — most unused physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Delivered digital codes and opened personal care items can't be returned. See the Return & Refund Policy for details.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not at the moment. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
